     Liteworx has been in business since 1972. This website presents the latest changes in company policy as we proceed into the twenty-first century as well as the latest versions of our products.
     The first change you're likely to see is our name. It sounds the same, but the spelling has been changed to more closely represent the newness a new century implies. New challenges; new problems; new ways of looking at ourselves, our lives, and our world. We've also changed many model numbers in order to more intuitively describe the products they designate. We've dropped some tired items and developed what we hope will be real winners, designed specifically to meet the needs of our valued customers. The format has changed as well. We've tried to minimize the fluff and instead, replaced it with straightforward facts and figures our clients can use to do their jobs quickly and accurately. We've also created an electronic catalog, a copy of which you can request on line.
     Along with all the changes, some things remain the same. My background was in a service industry, and as the founder of Liteworx, I brought along the concepts of a service-oriented company and built them into Liteworx' mission. I understand from many people in our industry that personal service is a novel idea, one that's very often neither expected nor demanded. My experience over the years, however, has taught me that quick, accurate, personal service, given with a smile, always has the same results; folks are surprised, happy, and become devoted clients. And that is our chief goal at Liteworx - to make our customers' jobs easier, make them smile, and keep them coming back.
     So, service will continue to be a password at Liteworx. The other important concept that I promise will not change is quality. Quality is built into every single product we make. Quality in design, construction, materials, serviceability and performance. That's why the fine salespeople who represent Liteworx products around the country embrace the idea that even though we aim to be competitive, having the lowest prices is not our chief goal. Furnishing unparalleled quality and service is.
