UL Data

     Aisle&StepLite is UL listed Class 2 in dry locations. Class 2 transformers or Class 1 transformers with secondary fusing* required. Aisle&StepLite should be installed per local codes and the NEC.
*Each secondary branch circuit not to exceed 4 amperes.

     To design with and specify StepLite determine the following variables:

Type

<AL>: Aisles

<SL>: Steps or landings

Run Length

     Specify a little longer than required. Aisle&StepLite is easily field-trimmable. Since Aisle&StepLite can be cut and terminated in the field, bulk orders are available as well as any custom run length. Multiple feed points may be necessary.

Molding Type

     Moldings are extruded of semi-rigid PVC and come in ten foot lengths which can be cut in the field with a hacksaw. All aisle and step moldings come in dark bronze <DB>. Wall moldings are available in dark bronze <DB>, white <W> and clear <C>.

Lens Color

     Lenses are made of polycarbonate and are available in smoke <S>, red <R>, amber <A> and clear <C>.

Lamp Spacing*

     Lamps are available in <2>, <6>, <12>, <18> inch and <C> custom spacing. All but custom are in stock for quick delivery of most orders. Custom spacings available by special order.

<18> Aislelighting, aisles over 50 feet long.

     *Applications and viewing distances listed here are suggested only; perform empirical testing to determine optimal socket spacing for all applications.

Voltage

     Aisle&StepLite operates on <24> volts, and transformers are required for operation. See Transformers for more information.
