Credit

Invoices are due thirty (30) days after shipping date. No discount for early payment is allowed. If credit is not established, all sales are on a prepaid or COD basis.

Ordering

All products must be ordered using the model numbers listed in the catalog and accompanied by a copy of the written Liteworx quotation and a bonafide Purchase Order. COD accounts and selected orders require a 50% deposit.

Minimum Order Policy

Orders less than $150.00 must include a $25.00 "small order charge."

Acknowledgments

Every order can generate an acknowledgment, upon written request, which is communicated to the purchaser on the day the order is placed. The order will be built according to the acknowledgment. Acknowledgments must be checked carefully to make certain the order has been placed properly. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Freight

Freight is not allowed unless previously negotiated otherwise. F.O.B. point is Liteworx factory in Philadelphia, PA.

Delivery

Delivery of most orders takes two weeks or less from receipt by Liteworx of the written order unless previously negotiated otherwise.

Crating

Certain Liteworx products require crating. A nominal charge in addition to product and freight costs will be made for crating service.

Returns

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization. Returns without authorization will be refused.

Overdue Accounts

Shipments will not be made on accounts older than forty-five (45) days.

Warranty

All Liteworx products are warrantied from one (1) to five (5) years depending on product. Lamp warranties also vary with product.

Distribution

Liteworx products are represented by a network of independent manufacturers' representatives and are distributed through electrical wholesale supply houses and other authorized distributors.
